Holistic Night Blue

SHE is a real combination miracle: HOLISTIC presents itself as a discreet plain wallpaper with a delicate structure that adapts perfectly to the surroundings and gives every wall a high-quality look. This means that it can be perfectly combined with many other designs from the SLOW LIVING collection from Hohenberger, selected wall colors, but also with opulent murals.

How does modern life work? How can we bring a sense of unity to our homes? When answering these questions, the term “holism” is often used (ancient Greek: holos, "whole"). Holism takes the view that a system functions as a whole and cannot be fully understood through its individual parts alone. Even Aristotle recognised: “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” Sometimes you only need a few parts to create something great.

A real combination miracle

The SLOW LIVING collection is inspired by Marie Kondō. “Putting your house in order is the magic that creates a vibrant and happy life." This is one of the phrases from the Japanese housing consultant and bestselling author. In 2011 she published her first book "The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up". It was an immediate success in her homeland, with 1.3 million copies sold. Then the book began its triumphal march around the globe.

Holistic approaches also inform the production processes of Hohenberger Manufaktur für Tapeten. The company from Hohenberg in Upper Franconia considers the different areas of its work together. Hybrid production processes, modern digital printing and conventional wallpaper printing enable flexible, demand-based manufacturing.
