Basis of processing

We collect and process this data on the basis of Regulation EU 2016/679, the so-called Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) in conjunction with the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Act on Data Protection and Privacy in Telecommunications and Tele-media (TTDSG).

To which data does this information refer?

In Art. 4 No. 1 of the GDPR, it is explained what personal data is. It is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, among other things, name, address, IP address of your terminal device or your Internet connection, as well as your e-mail address and, if applicable, bank or credit card information.

Furthermore, we process information that is technically necessary for the correct display of our website, such as browser type and browser settings.


How do we process your data?

Technically necessary data is exchanged in the background between your end device (browser) and our web server. This data is stored on our web server and is used for the correct display of the website in your browser and, if necessary, also for troubleshooting. The legal basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest in the correct presentation and function of our web presence in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DSGVO.

Unless the data is technically necessary, we ask you for this data when you, for example, create a customer account, order our newsletter, register on our site, or place an order in our webshop. The legal basis for processing your data in a customer account or when placing an order is Art. 6 para. 1 letter b DSGVO for the fulfillment of a contract already concluded with us or to be concluded in the future. Data for the registration to our newsletter are processed based on their consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter a DSGVO. This data will be deleted immediately after deletion of the customer account or after unsubscribing from the newsletter, unless there is a legal obligation to keep records.

Google Analytics collects usage and user-related information (e.g. IP address, location, time frequency of visit) and transmits it to a Google server in the USA.
